What is Combat-Fit ?
A cardiovascular session using kick-bags and punching targets for a total body workout working on the 5s of fitness: Strength, Speed, Stamina, Suppleness and pSychology all while learning actual martial arts techniques to punch, kick and strike your way out of a self-defence situation.
Expect to burn heaps of calories; improve your cardiovascular fitness - great if your goal is weight loss plus unique martial art exercises to tone legs, arms, glutes and core with periodic fitness testing to track your improvement.
